An Evening For Married Couples
Amarillo—Reservations are still being accepted for An Evening for Married Couples,
Friday, Feb. 13 at the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center, 2100 North Spring.
 
The evening begins at 6:00 with Mass and Vow Renewal for married
Catholic couples, led by Bishop Patrick J. Zurek in Holy Family Chapel. Mass will be
followed by a gourmet dinner and social, including dessert and beverages.
 
Tickets are $150 per couple. This event is a fundraiser for the retreat center.
 
Women’s Prayer Brunch Scheduled
Amarillo—Amarillo Rejoicers will present a Lenten Women’s Prayer Brunch, Saturday, Feb. 14 from 10:00am to noon at the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center, 2100 North Spring.
 
As in years past, the Prayer Brunch is a ticketed event. Tickets are $20.00 per person and can be purchased online through the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center website, bdrc.org, or at Top of Texas Catholic Superstore in the Signature at 2500 South Coulter.
 
Seating is limited. Doors for the breakfast will open at 9:00.
 
This is the second of three Women’s Prayer Brunches this school year at the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center. The final Prayer Brunch, the traditional Mother’s Day Prayer Brunch, is set for Saturday, May 9.
