FORMATION MEETINGS: 
Formations will be an integral step for our pilgrimage. It is highly recommended each of you attend. Formation meetings will be to prepare the mind, body, and soul to get the most out of our Pilgrimage to South Korea. In addition, we will be doing many activities as a group to prepare us for our journey

 Meeting Place: 4512 NE 24th Ave. Amarillo Pastoral Center 

Mandatory Meeting for NEW pilgrims that have never travel with the Amarillo Delegation but everyone is welcome as a refresher.

May 3, 2026 $200.00 INFORMATIONAL & payment meeting  - 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: Bring your favorite snacks and drinks 

June 14, 2026 $200.00 INFORMATIONAL & payment meeting  - 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Temp Schedule:
12:00 p.m. Mass (Pilgrims in Liturgy procession carrying of the cross and Icon).
1:00 p.m. out to eat as WYD pilgrims (pilgrims rules) - part of training for Seoul
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. formation meeting at Pastoral Center

Mandatory meetings below for all Pilgrims: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
 
July 11, 2026 $1000.00 payment and meeting
 
January 9, 2027 $1000.00 payment and meeting
 
March 13, 2027 $500.00 payment and meeting
 
June 12, 2027 $100.00 + any adjustments and last meeting
