Retreat Ministry Training Registration

TRAINING WORKSHOPS FROM THE DIOCESAN YOUTH OFFICE
Catered to your parish needs: 
If your parish would like to host a training for their parish retreat team, call the Diocesan Youth Office.
 Depending on the total participants the training usually takes place between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Open to anyone that feels the call to serve in your own Parish Retreat Team, Teen Acts  or Diocesan Youth Ministry retreat team (Covenant Teen). It is also open to all 7^th -12^th grade catechist that would like to learn techniques to help share the Catholic faith with those they serve.

Retreat  Ministry Training 
The training will focus on all aspects of retreats: Creating your master plan, choosing facilities, developing retreat team and design, prayer and worship and community involvement, practical preparations, evaluations and follow-Up, talks, testimonies, etc.

2. “Small Group Facilitation Skills”
 3. ”Effective Listening Skills”
 4. “The Art of Preparing Prayer and Worship”  
 5. “Icebreakers, Team Building Activities and Energizers”

Ongoing Training for Diocesan Youth Ministry Retreat Team is being done through the Catechetical Institute Franciscan University.
