Our Graphics and Printing Services team can help make your event or project successful by designing promotional materials and offering guidance for effective marketing projects. We do not charge for graphic design services; however, you will be responsible for any costs incurred through printing and/or other promotional services.

For all print jobs we ask that you prepare your materials and send them at least one week in advance of due date. We try our best to have all printing requests completed within a week or sooner; turn-around time is dependent upon size, paper type, and project requirements, which may result in longer turn-around.

To request graphic design and/or printing services, complete our creative request below. A few helpful tips when submitting your request:

• We want to hear your ideas! Don't be afraid to share your design ideas and thoughts. We will work with you to develop a design that you will love and will get your message out effectively.
• Give us all the details! Be thorough in the project description of your request. Tell us about the intended audience, whether it is a new or updated design, etc. We'll follow up on your request before we get started to review the details.
• Plan ahead! Try to submit your graphic design request at least 3 weeks in advance. This will give us time to design your materials and ensure time for promotion.
